  • You have completed less than 25% of the course content.
  • You have not violated our terms of service.

Refund process:

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:

  • You have violated our terms of service.
  • You have completed more than 25% of the course content.
  • You have previously requested and received a refund for the same course.
  • You have purchased a course during a sale or promotion and the sale has ended.
